Handling time information

Delivery time depends on the destination country. The time of shipment and transport, there are two steps:

- Reception of the supplier, if there is no stock in the warehouse: 1-10 days.

- Warehouse handling: 1-2 days.

International delivery

The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, administrative and customs fees.

Delivery term

Once the order leaves the seller's facilities and the national territory, the transport company will be responsible for the status of the shipment (delays, damage, loss, etc).

When an order could not be delivered for reasons beyond the Vendor's control, the total amount of the purchase will be refunded, less the costs incurred for returning it.
